| Abstract: | The medium and small-sized state-owned enterprises are the majority to promote state-owned economy, and to construct the market economy. They are also the foundation to keep the society stable. To focus on the large-sized enterprises does not mean we will not develop the medium and small-sized state-owned enterprises, but means that we will pay attention to them from the strategy level and we will support them to reform and develop. |
