| 摘 要： | 对违法犯罪嫌疑人进行追缉，是警察常用的缉拿违法犯罪嫌疑人的措施之一，但是对警察追缉行为必须进行法律规制。现行法律规制警察追缉行为有四种方式，但规制警察追缉行为的法律存在疏漏、矛盾和不一致等问题，规制警察追缉行为的法律需要完善。

| Abstract: | Conducting illegal hunting,criminal suspects is a policeman commonly used to track down illegal measures of criminal suspects.On the police are hunting behavior legal regulations must be carried out;the existing legal regulations the police are hunting behavior there are four ways;but the behavior of the police are hunting regulation laws oversights,contradictions and inconsistencies and other problems,the behavior of the police are hunting regulation legal needs improvement. |
