鸡毒霉形体弱毒疫苗的研究——鸡毒霉形体弱毒F株免疫效力测定

以点眼的方法,用鸡毒霉形体F株的培养物对1、3和20日龄鸡进行了免疫接种试验,经过致病性株R株的攻击,根据气囊损伤保护率计算,免疫接种鸡可获得85％以上的保护,在攻击后14天内,免疫接种鸡比对照鸡体重增加明显。免疫力持续至少7个半月以上。F株的冻干培养物仍保持着良好的免疫作用。试验结果表明:鸡毒霉形体F株是个优良的疫苗株,可用于生产鸡毒霉形体活疫苗。

Studies on attenuated Mycoplasma gallisepticum vaccine: measurement of immunizing potency of the train FC

One, three and twenty days old chicks were inoculated M.gallisepticum strain F cultures by eye drip following challenging with the virulent strain R. Above 85 pereent of the vaccinated animals were protected. The gain of inoculated chicks was more obvious than that of control ones within 14 days after challenging. The immune period was above 7.5 months. The freezedried strain F culture held better immune effect also. The test result showed the strain F was a .perfect vaccine strain by which an ideal live vaccine against M.galtisepticum was produced.
