| 摘 要： | 为了积极推进国有企业改制进程,切实维护好国有企业职工的切身利益,工会必须处理好履行维护职责与促进改革的辩证统一关系,将改革目标与维权有机地统一起来,处理好改革、发展和稳定三者关系,并将其落实到实现好、发展好、维护好职工的切身利益上。

| Abstract: | Trade unions must handle with carrying out their duties of safeguarding rights and promoting reform,unite reform target with safeguarding rights in order to actively push the process of SOEs'transformation and earnestly safeguard workers and staff members' interests.They should handle with the relationship between reform,development and stability in order to safeguard workers and staff members' personal interests. |
