| Abstract: | The system of the personnel policies plays a vital role in attracting talented people to settle down in the Beibu Gulf which has basically taken shape in the Beibu Gulf Economic Zone,but its coordination and balance need improvement in some places.A system of the balanced and harmonious personnel policies can be built with the proper handling of the five types of relations. |
