| Abstract: | The relevance of rights and obligations is always the ignored problem by our legal group. Rights not only can be divided into moral rights and legal rights, but can be divided into many other kinds and forms, such as social rights, general rights, absolute rights, relative rights and so on. Corresponding obligations also can be divided into many kinds. Furthermore, analyzed from their inner structure, rights also include specific obligations except that they can be divided into three types of rights. |
