浅议当前农村贫困问题

改革开放以来中国农村经济得到了迅速的发展,但农村贫困问题没有得到有效彻底的解决,农村贫困问题作为历史的延续,它在动态中发展,在新形势下受到一些新的因素的影响而较以前具有不同的表现形式。农村贫困问题造成城乡之间的二元对立,对社会的良性运行和协调发展带来许多不利的影响,削弱了现代社会的后续推动力。

The Problem of Poverty in Rural Area at Present

Since the reform and opening-up, rural economy of China has been developed swiftly and violently, but the problem of poverty in rural area hasn't been solved effectively and completely. As continuity of history, the problem of poverty in rural area develops in dynamic state, under the new situation, affected by some new factors, has different form of expression than the former. It causes the dual antithesis between town and country, brings about many unfavourable affects to the fine movement and coordinate development of society, weakens the follow-up motive force of modern society.
