| 摘 要： | 依法行政是依法治国的必然要求和核心所在,在很大程度上对依法治国方略的实施具有决定性的影响。依法行政实践中出现的诸多问题需要我们清楚地认识并解决,为更好地实践"三个代表"的重要思想,进一步发展我国社会主义市场经济,适应加入WTO的新形势,迫切要求政府彻底摈弃行政"人治",依法行政。
