| 摘 要： | 参与式社会性别培训，是指用“参与的方式”启蒙社会性别意识和获取相关知识。参与式背后的哲学基础与社会性别的理念是一致的，只有用参与式方法才能更好地体现社会性别所倡导的理念和达到社会性别培训的目标。
