| 摘 要： | 积极主动的政党心理是中国共产党成功执政的一个重要原因,中国共产党的主流政党心理可以概括为积极的自我评价、积极的目标追求、积极的规律探索和积极的变革创新等四个方面,它们在提高党的执政能力中具有重要的作用。因此,维持积极主动的政党心理,积极探索提高党的执政能力的途径十分重要。

| Abstract: | Positive and active mentality of the party is an important reason to the party's success being in power. The mentality of main aspect party summarized as four aspect, self-evaluate, seeking aim, searching for rule and innovating actively, they exert important effect in improving the party's ability of being in power. So keeping positive party mentality is important to improve the party' s ability of being in power. |
