| 摘 要： | 列宁1921-1924新经济政策是间接过渡到社会主义的理想之策。其精髓和实质在于促进生产力与生产关系的和谐统一,对于经济落后国家实践什么是社会主义、怎样建设社会主义具有重大指导意义。其重大的当代影响力在于:探讨社会主义建设事业所需的理性精神;资本的逻辑的生成思想是经济落后国家发展的命脉;列宁关于农业合作制的思想对中国农村发展所具有的方向性引导。
