和谐社会愿景下政府危机管理的日常化机制研究

建立和完善政府公共危机管理，可以促进社会主义和谐社会建设。为了减少各种危机事件带来的危害，政府应该树立危机意识，加强立法工作，提高危机传播的引导水平，建立危机善后处理系统，以便预防危机的出现，及早做好处理各类危机的准备，确保国家发展和人民生活生产不因危机而遭受重大损失。在构建社会主义和谐社会愿蒂下，有必要加强政府危机管理的日常化机制研究，实现政府危机管理的日常化、规范化和法制化。

Setting up Routine Mechanism to Handle Unexpected Incidence in Building Harmonious Society

Building and improving government's mechanism of handling unexpected public incidence will surely promote the construction of harmonious socialist society.In order to decrease the damage of all kinds of unexpected incidence,the government should always hold a sense of awareness against crises and prepare itself for any unexpected incidence by improving relevant laws and setting up handling mechanism.Therefore,in this case,it is of necessity to well study how to set up routine mechanism thus making crisis management regular,standard and law-guided.
