| 摘 要： | 经济法立法权具有主体的多元性、涉及范围的广泛性、行使中有较强的政策性取向等特征。依据不同的标准可以将经济法立法权分为明示的经济法立法权和默示的经济法立法权,中央经济法立法权和地方经济法立法权,以及职权经济法立法权和授权经济法立法权。

| Abstract: | The legislative power for the economic law has such characteristics as the diversity of legislative bodies,the extensive scope that is involved and the strict policy.The legislative powers for the economic law can be classified into the express legislative power for the economic law and the implied one,the central legisltive power for the economic law and the local one,and the functional legislative power for the economic law and the delegated one according to different standards. |
