关于将男女平等基本国策纳入女子高等教育的思考

将男女平等基本国策纳入女子高等教育,首先,应该引导女大学生自觉抵制和克服传统观念的束缚与影响,为远大理想而奋斗;其次,要加强妇女研究与妇女教育的相互融合,及时将妇女研究成果纳入女性人才培养过程,使针对女性人才成长的特色教育更具有科学性和时代感;最后,要关注女子高等院校的发展,充分发挥女子高校在培养女性人才、研究妇女理论、宣传马克思主义妇女观和男女平等基本国策方面的基地作用。

On Incorporating Basic National Policy of Gender Equality into Female Higher Education

In order to incorporate basic national policy of gender equality into female higher education,approaches concerned are mainly as follows: first,offer guidance to female college students in overcoming fetters of traditional concepts to strive for great expectations;second,on the basis of strengthening integration between women's study and education,duly put those study accomplishments into cultivation of women talents to endow characteristic education catering for women talents' growth more reasons and sense of times;finally,attention should be paid to female higher education development and bring its role into full play in cultivating women talents,studying women theories,and publicizing female view of Marxism & basic national policy of gender equality.
