| Abstract: | Exclusion of illegal evidence is a very important evidence rule in lawsuit. What is illegal evidence? What is the necessity of establishing and improving exclusion of illegal evidence? Finally, on the basis of above analysis, the paper puts forward me advice and imagination of establishing the rule of excluding illegal evidence and provides reference for improving Chinese criminal evidence system. |
