| 摘 要： | 扫黑除恶专项斗争治安价值对于深化治安治理规律性认识,提高治安治理绩效具有重要的研究意义。它包含四个价值维度,分别为治理属性上的"传承之维",功能发挥上的"协同之维",秩序建构上的"法治之维"以及信息共享下的"传播之维"。四个价值维度在社会治安秩序形成中发挥各自作用并存在内在逻辑联系。

| Abstract: | The public security value of the campaign to combat organized crime and root out local mafia has great research value for the further understanding of regularity of public security governance and improving its performance and efficiency. It includes four dimensions of value,namely,the dimension of governance inheritance,the dimension of coordination in terms of function,the dimension of rule by law in regard to the order construction and the dimension of communication under information sharing. The four dimensions are linked logically and play their respective roles in formation of public order. |
