| Abstract: | The subject of the crime of betraying state secrets is general person; the subjective requisition of the crime should be intentional or negligent crime; the objective requisition of the crime includes four aspects: (1) the offender realizes that the object of the crime is state secrets; (2) the offender violated the stipulations of the Law of Protection of State Secrets; (3) the offender intentionally or negligently revealed state secrets; (4) the offence created harmful consequence; and the object of the crime is the secret-protection system of the state. |
