| 摘 要： | 城镇化带动战略是贵州“十二五”期间实施的两大重点战略之一，实施城镇化带动战略离不开金融支持。在当前紧缩和转型的背景下，剖析贵州城镇化带动战略实施过程中的面临的金融约束，探索建立实施城镇化带动战略的资本形成机制、充分发挥金融在城镇化带动战略实施过程中的支持作用，对于贵州加快转型、加速发展具有十分重要的意义。
