| Abstract: | The environmental protection law is not only a legal system of environmental protection, but also in- eludes contents of legislation, law enforcement, judiciary, and law - popularization. The perfection of environ- mental law ought to be achieved through scientific legislation, strict law enforcement, effective administration of justice as well as comprehensive law - popularization, in which case provides a strong guarantee for the con- struction of ecological civilization. |
