| 摘 要： | 当前 ,影响我国公民法律意识的因素有法律文化传统 ,经济文化发展水平 ,法律的实际运行情况等方面。由于法律意识无论对立法、执法还是守法都有重要价值 ,所以必须针对我国公民的法律意识水平有待提高的现状 ,采取措施增强公民的法律意识 ,推进我国的法治化进程。

| Abstract: | The factors that influence the legal consciousness are as follows: the tradition of legal culture, the level of economy and culture and the actual function of the law,and others. The values of the legal consciousness lie in the following facts: it is the basis of legislation , enforcement of the law and abiding by the law. In view of the situation that the level of current legal consciousness of Chinese people needs to be enhanced,we should adopt measures to accelerate the development of the rule by law in China. |
