| 摘 要： | 关于道德的本质问题的争论,在伦理思想史上,主要表现为道德本体论与道德工具论之争;在当今学界又表现为道德规范说与道德主体说之争。道德的本质应该是在规范性和主体性的矛盾统一中,非强制地反映和调节社会性利益关系的具有伦理价值的一种实践精神活动。

| Abstract: | On the intellectual history of ethics,the dispute about the ethical essence has mainly been shown as the combat between the ethical ontology and the tool theory of morals.In nowadays educational circle ,it is shown as the combat between the theory of ethical standard and the subject theory of morals.This text thinks ethics should be a practising spiritual activity that has ethical value ,existing in the antinomy of the standarding nature and the subjective nature,and optionally reflects and regulates the relation of sociality behalves. |
