采用案例教学，推动高职高专法学教学改革

案例教学有利于培养和形成学生的创造性思维 ,全面提高学生分析问题和解决问题的能力 ,促使学生学会学习和沟通与合作。一堂成功的案例教学课 ,首先要进行课前准备 ,其次要做好课堂的组织与引导 ,最后要采取灵活多样的课堂讨论形式。目前我国的案例教学仍存在缺陷 ,高职高专法学课应积极引入案例教学。

A material typical case has the good of training and forming the student's creationary thinking,improving their ability of analyzing and settling questions roundly have the preparing before the class,make good organizing and guidein the class,take flexible and various discuss methods.Now in our country,the cases teaching has some shortcoming,it should be introduced in law class in the vocational and junior college.
