| 摘 要： | 如何协调竞争政策与产业政策的关系历来是市场经济国家经济政策的难点之一,也是我国反垄断法建设即将面临的重要问题.竞争是持续经济繁荣的惟一选择.我国只有赋予竞争政策优先适用的地位并强化国内产业竞争,才能在开放竞争的国际环境中持续地提高企业国际竞争力,进而实现经济繁荣和社会富足.
