Unscrambling the Concept of Inducting Mode of Government Function

The "inducting mode of government function" is a new concept, which was put forward and discussed deeply by Prof. Zhang Kang-zhi in his works, View of Philosophy and Ethics on Public Administration. Theorizing the concept from the experience of Asian countries and regions that they have been going to modernization, the book aims at figuring out how to construct Chinese mode of government function through administrative reform. It offers a new visual angle and frame of reference to see and construct Chinese mode, to carve out our own way whether from theoretic research or practical approach.
