A Study of Legislation on the Registration of Unmovable Property Right

The author thinks that China should set up the ideology of private law of registration act, such as setting up an unique and independent registration organs and compensation system and challenge system of registration to serve for the safe transaction. It makes the independence of property act and substantial review, opens the registration book to show its principle of public note and trust. The registration types include will trust, announcement, public own property, distinguishing buildings and pre-announcement.
