| 摘 要： | 一个国家的社会经济发展到人均GDP800-3000美元期,是一个国家刑事案件和治安案件高发期,社会治安极不稳定。要遏制这一时期的刑事案件发案势头,一是要充分认识该时期刑事犯罪特点;二是要认真分析该时期刑事犯罪高发的原因;三是要精心研究这一时期遏制刑事犯罪的对策。

| Abstract: | The social economy of a country develops into per capita GDP800-3000 dollars per capita, it is a high-incidence period of the criminal and public security cases in a country, and then the social security is extremely unstable. In order to contain the momentum of the taking place of cases in this period, first, the crime characteristic of this period should be realized fully; Second , the reason of the high-incidence should be analyzed conscientiously ; Third, the countermeasures of containing the crime in this period should be studied meticulously. |
