西部地区劳动力资源利用和保护的法律举措

在我国整个国民经济体系中，区域经济发挥着举足轻重的作用。我国区域经济按地理位置划分为三个层次，分别是：东部沿海经济区、内陆经济区、西部经济区。这三大经济体系有自身的发展特点，同时也相互协调促进。但就其经济规模来看，西部经济区与其它经济区相比有着明显的差距。其原因之一，是当地劳动力资源未能充分合理的利用和保护，导致大批人才流失。应该根据西部地区特点实施切实可行的劳动力资源保护的法律举措。
