德勤牵出审计行业“潜规则”

近期,世界四大会计师事务所之一的德勤被一份长达55页的PPT举报材料推上风口浪尖,而材料中所暴露出的"潜规则"也让审计这个行业被迫"出圈"。举报材料共列举了10个事件,历时3年有余,集中在2016年至2017年间,涉及多起违规审计,牵扯多家上市公司。其中,涉及企业包括国有控股公司中国外运、美股上市公司红黄蓝、港股上市公司博奇环保。
