根基性的错误:对犯罪学理论前提的质疑

为了追求犯罪的减少和消灭 ,犯罪学家们由对犯罪现象价值的否定而最终导致对犯罪现象客观存在的否定 ,把犯罪“不该存在”演绎成为犯罪“不存在” ,并在事实和逻辑上把犯罪不存在作为犯罪学的理论前提 ,从而放弃了犯罪现象存在、发展和变化过程的研究 ,而只研究犯罪产生的原因 ,同时也放弃了与犯罪现象本质、发展变化规律等这些以存在为前提的一系列问题的研究 ,把本来只是犯罪现象历史和逻辑起点的犯罪原因作为犯罪学的全部内容 ,放弃了事物的过程 ,从研究的起点直接到达终点 ,违背了认识事物过程的基本规律 ,使犯罪学这座理论大厦失去了它应有的理论基础 ,从根本上影响了犯罪学的发展和成熟

A Basic Error: Querying the Premises of Criminology

In a pursuit of the reduction and elimination of crime, criminologists deny the value of crime and further deny the existence of the objective crime phenomenon, and treat the non-existence of crime as the theoretic premise of criminology and only research the causes of crime rather than the existence, development and change of crime phenomenon, so they treat the causes of crime as the whole object of criminology. The author point out that it is unjustified and should be corrected.
