| 摘 要： | 制度建设科学化是从严治党的内在要求。针对中国共产党目前制度建设中存在的制度体系不衔接不配套、不具操作性、缺乏强有力的监控系统等方面的问题,落实从严治党的方针就要建立一套完整科学的制度体系,加强制度执行过程中的监督和控制并培养强化科学化的制度意识。

| Abstract: | The scientific institutional development is an intrinsic requirement for running the Party strictly. Aiming at the problems in the current institutional development of the CPC,such as institutional incompatibility,low operability,lack of powerful monitoring system,etc.,we need to set up a set of complete and scientific institutional systems,reinforce the supervision and control during the process of implementation,and enhance the consciousness of scientific institution,so as to bring the guideline of running the Party strictly into real play. |
