20世纪中期以来,人类经历了从唯经济指数独尊的时代,到同时注重经济、社会、文化、环境等综合指数的时代,再步入一个强调人文指数的时代。这些转折不仅体现了半个世纪以来人类社会发展的阶段性特征,同时也反映了作为对发展实践一种反思结果的发展观的阶段性特征,而这一切反映在有关发展理论和发展决策的学科角色上,则是表现为从经济学主导的时代过渡到综合性学科的时代,而且正进入一个人文学科大显身手的时代。

From "Adoration of GDP" to the Care for Well-being Index--Profound turns in the views of development in perspective of theory of development

Since the middle of the 20th century,having passed the age when only economic index was important,human beings have focused on the comprehensive indexes of economy,society,culture and environment.The author thinks that these turns represent the characters of phases of development in human society for half a century,as well as ones of views of development as a result of reflecting on the practice of development.All of this is manifested in the role of the subjects relating to theory of development and decision-making and is shown by the shift from an economics-dominant age to that of comprehensive disciplines and now on the way to the age dominated by humanities.
