| 摘 要： | 危险管理是社区矫正的关键所在。而人身危险性评估是危险管理的基础。在对社区矫正对象的人身危险性进行系统评估时，应当综合考虑犯罪人的个人基本情况与犯罪的行为表现等与犯罪人相关的各种因素，采用“统计为主、临床为辅”的合理评估模式。同时，应将“动态”的人身危险性评估机制引入社区矫正工作中，采用累进处遏制的管理方法，真正体现矫正个别化原则。

| Abstract: | The risk management is the sticking point of the community service. The system of evaluating the personal risk being the base of the risk management should synthetically consider all kinds of factors that are related with the offender, and adopt statistics method mainly and adopt clinical method secondarily. At the same time, we should introduce the system of progressive treatment to be the dynamic personal risk evaluating methods in the community service in order to realize the individual-remedy principle. |
