| 摘 要： | 诱惑侦查作为特殊的侦查手段，目前虽无法律明文规定，但因其在打击某些类型的刑事犯罪中有其不可替代的优势，已被广泛地运用。在打击严重破坏森林和野生动物资源等犯罪中，同样有使用诱惑侦查的必要。研究森林刑事案件侦查过程中如何合理、慎重地使用诱惑侦查，对于有效地保护森林和野生动物资源，保持生态平衡，保障犯罪嫌疑人的权利有着特殊意义。
