试论加强未成年人思想道德建设的三个重要环节

未成年人思想道德建设有三个重要环节：其中心环节是“以人为本”；其基础环节是学校、家庭、社会的合力作用；其特殊环节是未成年人成长阶段的特殊需要和心理特征。这三个环节是我们以往乃至目前工作中的薄弱之处。加强未成年人思想道德建设,必须同时抓住这三个环节,并在薄弱之处多下功夫,下真功夫。
