立案监督工作机制研究

加强刑事立案监督，是检察机关法律监督能力建设的重要组成部分，对于社会主义法治建设具有重要意义。当前，由于相关立法不完善、一些理论问题仍存争议、立案监督工作开展时间较短等原因，导致立案监督工作存在监督线索来源不畅、监督主体专业化不强、监督范围有争议、工作程序不完善等问题。在对北京市立案监督工作现状进行深入调研基础上，探讨如何在现行法律规范的框架内，从司法实务的角度，加强立案监督切实可行的工作制度和具体措施，应该能为检察机关开展立案监督工作提供参考和借鉴。

Study of Supervision of Accreditation mechanism

Strengthening the supervision of accreditation is the key part of the legal supervision ot procuratorial authority and it has important meaning to legal construction socialism, currently due to the faultiness of concerning legislation, the conflict of some theory, and the time of supervision of accreditation for too short a time, there are some problem such as the unstuffed source of supervision clue, the unprofessional supervision subject,and so on. Consequently, on the basis of deep research of current situations supervision of accreditation in Beijing, this thesis mainly discuss how to improve supervision of accreditation mechanism on four parts, and from the legal practice point it provides the work system and secret measure to strengthen supervision of accreditation mechanism to serve the reference for the supervision of accreditation of procuratorial authority.
