培养大学生创新素质的思考

无论是从教育的本质 ,还是从国际间的竞争 ,或者是从诺贝尔奖的获得 ,都可看出培养大学生创新素质的重要性。但目前高校的创新素质教育仍然存在着诸如思想观念陈旧、管理体制滞后、教学模式落伍、专业和课程设置狭窄等问题 ,应该采取相应的对策 ,确立以培养和提高大学生创新素质为重点的素质教育观 ,通过学校的教学科研活动 ,把创新素质的培养落到实处 ,为培养大学生的创新素质营造良好的环境。

Ideas on Developing College Students'''' Innovational Quality

The importance of developing college students' innovational quality can be found from the spirit of education,from international competition,and from the gaining of the Nobel Prize.However,nowadays many problems still exist in innovational education in senior schools.For example,people still hold old ideas;the management system can not keep up with the present situation;teaching is out of age;the arrangements of majors and courses are too limited.So we must take measures to form the viewpoint that we should focus on developing and improving college students' innovational quality.We can realize our aim by organizing scientific research activities in schools so that we can provide a good environment for students.
