民办高校教师科研能力的提升与可持续发展

摘    要:目前,关于民办高校可持续发展问题的研究成果较多,但探讨民办高校教师科研能力提升对民办高校可持续发展影响的研究少见于文献。从阐述教师科研能力的提升对民办高校可持续发展的意义入手,分析了民办高校教师科研能力落后的原因,从国家层面、学校层面、教师层面提出了提升教师科研能力,实现民办高校可持续发展的对策。

Rising of the Teacher’S Scientific Research Ability and the Sustainable Development of the Civil Colleges

Abstract:At present,the results of research on sustainable development issues more,but discussion on the scientific research ability of teachers in private colleges to promote research on sustainable development of civilian-run colleges and rare in literature.This article explain the rising of scientific research to start with the meaning of sustainable development,analysis of the causes of backwardness of scientific research ability of teachers in private colleges,raised,school levels,teachers from the national level enhance teachers ’ ability in scientific research,achieving sustainable development strategies.
