| 摘 要： | DSU补偿措施作为WTO争端解决机制一项临时的救济方式,有其存在的合理性,但是也因其本身的缺陷而日益成为一种“点缀”．它的这些缺陷使得DSU快速解决争端的作用因大打折扣而难以得到淋漓尽致的发挥。本文试图运用历史的、比较的、实践的方法对WTO争端解决杌制下的补偿措施进行研究。

| Abstract: | DSU compensation measure serves a temporary remedy as the WTO dispute settlement mechanism,which has the rationality of existence. However,it has become more and more useless because of its defects,and it is these defects that cause the function of the DSU' s fast-solving-conflict to sell at a discount greatly.This article carries out systematical study on the compensation sys-tem by employing some historical-comparative and practical methods. |
