| Abstract: | A fatal maprotiline intoxication is presented. The postmortem anatomical and toxicologic findings are discussed, as is the mechanism of maprotiline toxicity. This report is, to the best of our knowledge, the sixth fatal maprotiline poisoning in the medical literature. |
