| 摘 要： | 违法建设号称“城建一号难题”,合肥市用“大拆违”的方式成功破解这一难题,在全国引起很大反响。本文分析了“大拆违”这一政府行为的价值:“大拆违”的理由是正义的、方式是依法的、观念是科学的,“大拆违”也推动了法治政府的建设。同时,对大拆违本身也进行了多方面的反思。

| Abstract: | Illegal Buildings,known as the most difficult problem in urban construction,have been overcome by means of "Demolishing the Illegal Buildings",which evoked a national repercussions.The article here believes that it has a just reason,a legal method,a scientific view and promotes the construction of the government.Meanwhile,it also carries on an introspection in many other aspects too. |
