| Abstract: | At present, following China's WTO accession, the Chinese enterprises face a competition at home and abroad. The economic reform touches the workers' interests. The trade unions in enterprises should develop political and ideological work among the workers. At the same time, the unions have superiority of doing a good job of this aspect. |
