| 摘 要： | 加拿大是北美发达的资本主义国家，其版权法是在有关立法和判例法的基础上发展起来的，许多方面可供我们借鉴和参考。本文从合理使用的一般情形、针对不同作品的合理使用和不同主体的合理使用等方面对加拿大版权法中有关合理使用的内容进行了分析。
