Finance Financial performance remained sound and stable in February, according to the People's Bank of China (PBC), the country's central bank. During the month, money supply grew rapidly (see graph 1). A total of 482.8 billion yuan of cash was withdrawn from circulation and most of the cash put into circulation before the Spring Festival was drawn back.
