| Abstract: | Under the market economy and the development of non-public enterprises,aiming at the difficulties of protecting female workers' rights in many small non-public enterprises,the Yangzhou City Federation of Trade Unions experimented to set up the instructor system of protecting female workers' rights in non-public enterprises in order to protect female workers' right effectively. |
