| 摘 要： | 在个案监督的过程中,地方各级人大既应自觉接受党的领导,又要注意处理好地方各级人大与各级党委的关系,正确认识、处理个案监督与司法独立的关系,妥善处理监督与支持的关系,使人大个案监督与其他监督形式的关系协调起来,形成监督网络,加强监督的合力,确保个案监督良性、有序运作。

| Abstract: | In the course of concrete case supervision,the regional national people's congress should accept leadership from the CCP,deal with the relations with the regional CCP,and affirm and deal with the relations with judicatory independence.The regional national people's congress should connect properly the supervision and its backup,harmonize the relations with other supervisory forms,and make a supervisory net,to strengthen the supervisory resultant forces.So the concrete case supervision by regional national people's congress can develop better and orderly. |
