| Abstract: | It becomes increasingly urgent and pressing to enhance the construction of the leading group of state-owned enterprises under the situation of developing socialist market economy and building a management system for modern enterprises.Only by building an excellent leading group,workers' enthusiasm will be fully aroused,the enterprise's competitive force in market will be strengthened and the enterprises will be run well. |
