| Abstract: | At the obedience and service in the economic work,trade unions shall enter the center,regard people as the most important essence,and give full play to their bridge's effect and the link function.At the same time,trade union orgnizations shall safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of workers and staff members,coordinate labor relations in enterprises,activate the participance consciousness of workers and staff members,insist on democratic management in enterprises,expand the moldel worker's pathbreaking spirit and launch the contest of technological innovation. |
