| Abstract: | In the society of knowledge - based economy, make it urgent to change accounting workers form specialists to complex - type talents. That having the abilities to learn, to create and to judge professionally, having the abilities to process, to sort and to analyze modern information, and having risk consciousness and the character of honesty and faith will be the special requirements of accounting workers made by the new economic form - the knowledge - based economy. This is the target and mode of the development of abilities of accounting workers. |
