| 摘 要： | 中国加入WTO后,中国的证券业由于经营规模、业务范围、市场结构、资本结构和治理结构等方面的弱点将受到很大的冲击。只有通过扩大规模,业务创新,优化产业结构,积极向国外同行学习等手段,才能逐步建立中国证券业自身的竞争优势。

| Abstract: | The securities industry of china will face fierce shock after China′s accession to the WTO owing to the shortcomings of business scale,operation scope,and the structure of market,capital and governance. The securities industry of China should establish its competitive advantage by enlarging its scale,business innovation ,optimizing its market structure and learning from foreign competitors. |
