| 摘 要： | 4月1日,江总书记主持召开了六省区西部大开发座谈会,对西部大开发提出了新要求。为了更好地落实江总书记的指示精神,加大行政审批制度改革力度,优化和改善投资发展环境,理顺政府的职能和在市场经济中的角色地位,陕西的经济才会有大发展。

| Abstract: | On April 1st,President Jiang Zemin presided a seminar on west development in six provinces and automous regions ,he put forward some new requirements.To better implement his opinions,we should take more steps to the system reform of administrative approval and optimize the investment environment,adjust the relationship between the government function and the market economy,based on these conditions,make the economy of ShaanXi province have a good advance. |
